CBC Mission Fields

Family

We believe that the primary mission field for all believers is within their family.  This includes:
Parents and siblings
Children
Aunts, uncles, cousins
In-laws, nieces, and nephews

These are the people who know you best. They knew you before you knew Christ, and they’ve seen your life since.

Friends

Friends are the people you live out life with.  They include:
Old friends from before you knew Christ
Neighbors
High school or college friends
People you regularly spend time with

These are people who already trust you—and that trust matters.

Co-Workers

Ends of the Earth - Acts 1:8

If you have a job, you have a mission field.  You see your co-workers regularly. They know your character, your work ethic, and how you respond under pressure.

And here’s an important reminder:
You are not at your workplace by accident.
You are there by God’s sovereign will—for such a time as this.
As a church body, we faithfully “hold the rope” through our giving and—most importantly—through our prayers for the gospel work being carried out in these regions of the world.

Oaxaca, Mexico

Oaxaca remains our church’s primary “end‑of‑the‑earth” mission. Through Indigenous Church Strategies (ICS), we invest the majority of our missions budget and regularly send teams, about six times each year, to host pastor training conferences. You can learn more about ICS at ICSMISSIONS.COM.
